Irene took the plunge and switched her high-flying career in IT industry in 2009 to join the insurance industry and has not looked back since. With grit and dedication, she is now a Lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round table (MDRT) and has achieved her 2-time Court of the Table (COT) status in 2021 and 2022. This year, she achieved her first Top of the Table (TOT) status.

As a leading driver in her district, Irene is a top producer in life, and corporate insurance particularly, which sets path for many new recruits to follow. Her profound knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Wellness Engagement have provided her clients with valuable and well-rounded professional advice and services. This has helped Irene to value-add and stand out from the rest, which in turn build long lasting and trusting relationships with all her beloved clients.

Her commitment to value-add to her trusting clients and dedication in providing excellent consultancy and professional services to many top corporate Human Resources have earned Irene numerous Award-Winning Regional Employee Benefits Specialist accolades and saw her feature in the Bloomberg Businessweek magazine as AIA’s Top Corporate Solutions Master in 2017 and 2020, and the newly launched Corporate Solutions Champion Diamond in 2022. Irene also earned her sweet spot when she qualified for the AIA President Club in 2020 and 2022, edging out of more than 4,500 agents in AIA. As an all-rounder, Irene was awarded the AIG Agent of the Year and Top Group Accident & Health (A&H) Agent for her outstanding performance in 2022 by AIG.
