Julia Tan has been a consistent qualifier of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for the past 21 consecutive years. Since 2004, she has qualified for both the Top of the Table (TOT) status 6 times and Court of the Table (COT) 14 times. These year-on-year achievements are a testament to her hard work and dedication she has put in, which is truly rewarding to her.

“Approach your customers with the idea of helping them to solve a problem or achieve a goal, and not selling them a product or service.”

This is one piece of advice that Julia has for her fellow consultants, and she believes that it is her desire to continue to do what is right that has led to her achieving her TOT.
