Her decision to transition from teaching Mother Tongue with the Ministry of Education into financial services reflects her deep desire to create meaningful, lasting impact in people’s lives. Her relentless dedication to excellence is evident through her consistent achievement of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualification since 2019, as well as consecutive wins of the prestigious IDA Dragon Award from 2020 onwards. Inspired profoundly by her director, Ms Ang Hui Cheng, Christine embraced leadership responsibilities two years ago, stepping up as a manager to empower and uplift others. Christine attributes much of her personal growth and professional transformation to Cheng’s unwavering mentorship and believes strongly in nurturing her team’s potential. For Christine, true leadership means illuminating the paths of others, with collective success being far more rewarding than individual achievements.

Now approaching a decade with AIA, Christine continues to expand her vision of leadership, determined to amplify her team’s capabilities through mentorship and support. Outside of her professional pursuits, Christine finds serenity in travel, reading, and the traditional arts of tea ceremony and playing the Guqin—a reflection of her profound appreciation for Chinese classics.
