Ivan Goh's 35-year journey with AIA Singapore began with a leap of faith. After a decade as the Director of a professional audio equipment company, Ivan was inspired to join the insurance industry by insights from his would-be mentor, the late Charles Loh, who shared his belief that life insurance was a field where effort is proportionately rewarded and an individual could build a business of his own.

Ivan's early trajectory demonstrated the very grit that would define his career. His outstanding production saw him progress from Financial Services Consultant to Financial Services Manager within three and a half years, and within a further three years, he earned his promotion to Financial Services Director through relentless hard work in recruiting and building a successful team. Alongside his Hall of Honour achievement in 2004 and Hall of Fame induction in 2014, Ivan has captained the WEALTHARK CREATION District to achieve Million Dollar Round Table District in 2012, 2013, and consecutively from 2018 to 2025, as well as Pinnacle District status for 12 years running.

Now helming an energetic team of 56 Financial Services Consultants, Ivan leads with a deep understanding that real success is never achieved easily. He champions his 3D philosophy to success: Desire—a burning desire to succeed; Determination—persistence to keep going; and Discipline—self-controlled habit to follow through. Under his strategic leadership, his team has flourished not just in performance but in confidence and capability.
