Starting out as a fresh graduate, Desmond Li embarked on his career as a Financial Services Consultant. This year, it will be his 8th year in this journey.

After three years of serving his clients, Desmond decided to move on to the role of a Financial Services Manager to mentor and provide guidance to aspirers who wish to make a difference in their lives and career.

"Nothing is impossible to a willing heart!"

For this 5-time MDRT qualifier, the first MDRT achievement was the most memorable for him and he has since set it as a benchmark for him to achieve it every year.

Having a strong mentorship from his director, Samuel Ng, and the support from fellow colleagues, Desmond is aspired to stay at the top. He always believes that discipline and consistency are the key driving forces that make everything possible for him.
