Since joining the industry in year 2018, Ryan Yeo has been a consistent Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) producer and has groomed numerous MDRT producers over the years in Honeybees.

Ryan comes from a low-income family where his father was the sole breadwinner as a taxi driver for many decades. His primary motivation revolves around his family. He wishes to provide more for his family so that his father can enjoy retirement earlier.

Having served in the Singapore Police Force for 5 years prior to joining this industry, Ryan has almost zero sales experience or skillset to excel in this industry. He attributes his success to the guidance given by his mentor, also the founder of Honeybees, Mr Hoo Yuan Shyuan, who has been a selfless leader that prioritises growth and getting the best out of everyone.

As the saying goes, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Ryan appreciates that his mentor has built a district like a family, where everyone has a role to play and supports one another.
