During his second year at AIA, Dickson achieved the 10th Runner-up spot for Financial Services Consultant of the Year in 2017. This early recognition fuelled his drive to continuously improve and excel in his career.

Driven by a desire to be the best version of himself, Dickson adopts a daily mantra: "I can and I will." This self-affirmation reflects his mindset of relentless pursuit and unwavering determination.

Drawing from his experience as a National Triple Jumper for eight years, Dickson's biggest strength lies in his ability to accept failure and refusal to give up. He understands that persistence is key to overcoming challenges and achieving success.

Throughout his journey as a Financial Services Consultant, Dickson has encountered numerous obstacles but he views each setback as an opportunity for a comeback. His message to others is one of resilience and positivity: "Be strong and stay positive."

Away from the professional arena, Dickson finds joy in family dinners, cherishing the love and warmth of home-cooked meals prepared by his mother. He believes that the best memories are made around the dinner table, fostering bonds that last a lifetime.
