Since joining AIA as an undergraduate in 1996, Jacqueline has built one of the most distinguished track records in the industry. Her 25 years of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualification, eight Court of the Table (COT) honours, and six consecutive years as a Top of the Table (TOT) member speak to a career marked by exceptional consistency and discipline. A Centurion for 26 consecutive years from 2001 to 2025 and a 10-time AIA President Club qualifier, her excellence was further affirmed on the international stage when she received the Insurance Agent of the Year Award at the 6th Asia Trusted Life Agents & Advisers Awards in 2021.

The year 2025 marks a defining chapter in Jacqueline's illustrious career. In an extraordinary display of determination, she attained the coveted title of Top Financial Services Consultant of the Year, emerged as Top HNW Producer, and earned the distinguished honour of President of Marrakech Convention — a powerful testament to her exceptional capability and strategic focus.

Jacqueline attributes her success to the steadfast guidance of her leader, Mr David Ong, and the invaluable mentorship of her senior colleagues within the close-knit district affectionately known as "The Davidsons," whose values and culture have profoundly shaped her journey. Beyond her individual accomplishments, she remains deeply committed to nurturing new talent and inspiring the next generation within the AIA family.
