Ever since he took on the leadership role in 2017, Jerald has grown from strength to strength as a manager and has received a multitude of awards over the last five years, including the prestigious Top New Financial Services Director in 2020 and Top Group Financial Services Director in 2021.

The 5-time Pinnacle leader credits his astounding success to his team for their unwavering trust, hard work and support. Being awarded as one of the top MDRT districts in AIA for three consecutive years, Jerald is thankful for his team’s passion in this business, for which they are always seeking to improve and upskill themselves to do their very best for their customers.

“My goal is to build the next generation of successful leaders, who will in turn, build their own successful teams. I want to impart my knowledge and experience so that we can help more people and bring fulfilment to them.”
