Juanna recognises that not everyone is cut from the same cloth, thus she believes that it is her responsibility as a leader to understand her team's differences and bridge the gap. She will always take time out to understand each of her advisor’s strengths, and only by capitalising on their own individual strengths while working on their weaknesses can they become strong pillars for the team and be fully equipped to serve their clients professionally with a huge dose of empathy.

A consistent player in the Top 10 Financial Services Associate Directors Leaderboard over the past 10 years, and with her agency qualified as one of the top Million Dollar Round Table and Pinnacle agencies in AIA, Juanna attributes her continuous success to the Lord, the support from her family and her team’s selfless contributions.

Seeing her leaders and consultants achieve their goals is what drives her to continue her mentorship role. She is thankful for her team’s hard work and trust in her and giving her the opportunity to lead and guide them over the last two decades.
