Entering the insurance industry at just 21 after completing his National Service, Kevin overcame early adversity, including losing his father to cancer, the painful loss of a military scholarship due to injury, and facing significant debts to finance his university education.

Drawing strength from his past experiences as a competitive long-distance runner, Kevin channelled resilience, discipline, and determination into his career, quickly becoming an outstanding achiever. Since graduating in 2016, he has achieved the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) award for nine consecutive years, advancing to Court of the Table (COT) in 2022, and achieving the esteemed Top of the Table (TOT) in 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

An exceptional leader, Kevin is an 8-time Pinnacle Leader and one of AIA’s youngest Financial Services Directors, guiding a robust team of over 70 consultants. When the pandemic disrupted the industry in 2020, Kevin quickly recognised opportunities amid the crisis, embracing digitalisation and leveraging AIA’s extensive support, resulting in unprecedented breakthroughs and substantial growth for his team.

Kevin’s leadership journey is decorated with numerous accolades, including first runner-up New Financial Services Director in 2021, and first runner-up Financial Services Director in 2022. His exemplary performance culminated in securing the title of Top Financial Services Director in AIA Singapore consecutively in 2023 and 2024. Additionally, his district excelled in 2024, becoming the top MDRT district, top recruitment district, and top high-net-worth district.
