Entering the insurance industry at just 21 after completing his National Service, Kevin's early life was marked by profound adversity—the loss of his father to cancer, a military scholarship forfeited due to injury, and significant university tuition debts. Drawing strength from his background as a former competitive long-distance runner, he channelled discipline, endurance, and an unwavering determination to succeed into building an extraordinary career.

Since graduating in 2016, Kevin has achieved Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status for 10 consecutive years, qualifying for Court of the Table (COT) in 2022 and attaining the prestigious Top of the Table (TOT) five times—in 2021 and consecutively from 2023 to 2026. A 9-time Pinnacle leader and one of AIA's youngest top Financial Services Directors, he leads a dynamic team of over 70 consultants within Odyssey.

Kevin's leadership trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable. After finishing as first runner-up for New Financial Services Director in 2021 and first runner-up for Financial Services Director in 2022, he claimed the Top Financial Services Director title for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025. In 2025, his district repeated its triple-win from the prior year, emerging as the Top MDRT district and Top district in recruitment—a testament to the culture of excellence he has built.

When the pandemic disrupted the industry in 2020, Kevin saw opportunity where others saw obstacles, swiftly embracing digitalisation and leveraging AIA's support to drive unprecedented breakthroughs and growth for his team.
