Elsepth Sia joined AIA in 2020 and achieved her MDRT membership in her first year. Her great enthusiasm in the pursuit for excellence led her to move up to a managerial role in 2021, and won her the Top New Financial Services Manager title.

Elsepth believes that great leadership involves empowerment and creating a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.

Elsepth recognises the importance of having a strong support system and credits her mentor, Trent, and her team for their unwavering support throughout her journey. She firmly believes that no one achieves success alone and that her accomplishments are the result of a collective effort. She is grateful for the vision and advice provided by Trent and the leadership team at Virtus Associates, without which she would not have been able to achieve her remarkable accomplishment.

She emphasizes that to be a true champion, one must possess both the "hardware" and the "software" - the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed - as well as the commitment and attitude to approach challenges with a positive outlook.
