Hailing from Shanghai with a legal background and managerial experience, Zhao Min decided to embark on a journey of self-improvement by pursuing a Master's in Business Administration in Singapore, embracing the philosophy that life is a constant learning process - akin to rowing against the current - where one must either advance or retreat.

Introduced to AIA by agency leaders, the recognition of the insurance industry's vast potential and its essential connection to individuals' physical and financial well-being ignited a sense of duty in her to join. Although the journey was never without its challenges, the results frequently offered unexpected rewards.
