As an avid lover of video games since young, Don has always treated his career as an evolution of his hobby. With every new skillset acquired, or every new accolade earned, Don sees his journey in AIA as an endless quest of “levelling-up” and becoming more competent at what he does day by day.

Not only did Don achieve his first Court of the Table (COT) at the age of 29, he has groomed one COT and five Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) members in his team. He aspires to move up to director level by the age of 30.

He would like to attribute his success to his wonderful agency, Zeus, and his district, Odyssey. He is grateful to his director, Kevin for introducing this meaningful career to him when he was still a mere student with no direction in life. While it was on a whim and by sheer chance that Don decided to join this industry, he shares that his clients and team members are the #1 reason why he has stayed on after so many years.

With such an illustrious and joyful journey in AIA thus far, Don cannot wait to see where the next years will bring him.
